Tributes paid as Mohammed Ramzan dies

Mohammed Ramzan, chairman of United Wholesale Grocers Limited passed away suddenly at his residence in Pakistan early yesterday morning (Wednesday 27^th September 2023).

Mohammed was founder of one of the UK`s leading cash and carry operators and one of the largest privately owned companies in the UK. He is survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.

He will be remembered for his astute business acumen and philanthropic qualities along with his charitable work that he did throughout the UK and also in his homeland of Pakistan. He never faltered in his passion and desire to help others and his endeavours will be sadly missed by all.
