Sugro comes to Birmingham

Sugro UK’s latest networking event took place in Birmingham in September, clocking up more than 660 meetings between wholesalers and suppliers

The two-day event began with a business conference with the buying group’s leadership team introducing the group’s initiatives and assessing its performance over the past year. Attendees were introduced to the latest new products and innovative technologies, while members including R&I Jones, Nasco and Rayburn Trading celebrated key anniversaries.

“Storm Agnes did not hamper the success of our September networking event,” said Emma Senior, Managing Director, Sugro. “We had a fantastic turnout from members and suppliers, with lots of positive feedback from both. We held a total of 660 member/supplier meetings, with some fantastic new business discussed for many.”
