North West export business celebrates prestigious award

Forrest Fresh Foods named International Company of the Year at Insider North West International Trade Awards

Forrest Fresh Foods, a Rochdale wholesale exporter, is celebrating after being named International Company of the Year (£25m-£50m turnover) at the Insider North West International Trade Awards.

The Forrest Fresh Food team won praise for its range of high-profile brands and clients, as well as their ‘brave move’ in getting J20 soft drinks into the Russian market.

The awards ceremony brought together the North West’s leading international businesses, to celebrate the successes and achievements over the past 12 months.

Forrest Fresh Foods began as a fresh food and vegetable supplier to businesses in the North West more than 20 years ago. Since then it has moved away from fruit and veg and into the soft drinks and confectionery markets. It has opened a second base in the South, expanded its product range to include toiletries, household goods, groceries, pet care products and established a brand-new exporting service that supplies businesses globally.
