Caterforce conference announces Fiennes booking
Sir Ranulph heads the line up for trend exploration event
Caterforce will be taking its guests and members on a special expedition when Sir Ranulph Fiennes speaks at the foodservice group’s 2019 conference.
Due to be held on 14 November at Celtic Manor Resort in Wales, the conference is called The Market Uncovered and will take a look at what the future looks like for the sector.
World-renowned explorer Fiennes has been booked as the keynote speaker and will discuss how teamwork has contributed to his success in the toughest expeditions around the globe.
An audience of more than 250 suppliers and delegates are expected to be at the event and will be treated to insights from Caterforce’s seven wholesale members, as well as street food markets and information on all the key food trends.
Economist and journalist Liam Halligan will also be on stage to speak about life after Brexit, while a host of other names are set to be announced to speak about the future of foodservice and discuss what the latest industry data says will be big in the next few years.
The event will also include a Meet the Member session for attendees to spend time with people from the Caterforce group.
“The Market Uncovered will be the largest Caterforce conference to date,” said Caterforce Managing Director Nick Redford. “We’ve invested a lot this year to offer our guests an event that isn’t to be missed. The conference has proved a huge success over previous years and it’s become a key calendar date for the industry to come together.”
Tickets are available to join the conference through the Caterforce website.
