FWD discussion: Is c-store home delivery here to stay?

With convenience stores becoming relied upon for delivering essential items during the coronavirus pandemic, the question on everybody’s lips is if home delivery is here to stay.

That’s the question FWD posed a panel of experts during a recent discussion, as they looked at the longevity of offering home delivery services and what that might look like in the new normal.

PepsiCo’s Matt Goddard, TWC Development Director Tom Fender and AF Blakemore’s Food Solutions Director Nikki Rogers tackle the question as they consider what home delivery would mean for their businesses and what the numbers they’re currently seeing are suggesting.
