Unitas Wholesale signs up Albion Fine Foods

Buying group Unitas Wholesale have added Albion Fine Foods to its ranks.

The Kent-based wholesaler has joined the group with immediate effect and will take Unitas’s members to 170.

Albion Fine Foods will be a welcome addition to the group to bolster numbers, with concerns over several wholesalers across the entire industry due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

“As a delivered out-of-home wholesaler, we are continuing to grow and expand our business into the future as we move out of the Covid-19 crisis towards better times for the out-of-home channel,” said Albion’s Commercial Director, Peter Rigby.

“To aid this strategic growth, Unitas Wholesale offers a perfect partnership for our needs.”

Unitas Managing Director Darren Goldney is happy to have the new member on board and is already looking to the future.
