Ex-Caterforce MD Redford launches new venture
Former Caterforce Managing Director Nick Redford’s latest project is up and running – and they’re aiming to help the foodservice sector.
Redford is one of six sales, marketing and procurement experts who are teaming up with food and drink brands that are targeting growth in the market.
Called Zest Food Partners, the business is working with brand owners to devise and implement foodservice strategies – identifying the right channels to promote and sell products.
Redford, who officially left his position at Caterforce at the end of 2019, has also set up Arete Procurement Solutions, and will be joined at Zest with Arete co-founder Warren Hamer. Other members of Zest include Kelly Burke, who used to work at The Silver Spoon Company.

As the foodservice industry starts its journey on the road to recovery, it is the perfect time for brands to review and develop foodservice strategies and the Zest team are here to support with that,” said Redford, who is procurement director at Zest.

In the current climate, we believe this is the most cost-effective way for businesses to rebuild, accelerate and achieve their foodservice growth targets.”
