With resource so valuable and the capital to kickstart a new digital channel so scarce, making the right decisions are crucial. But with desktop ordering and mobile apps vying with traditional options, it’s difficult to know which warrants the most attention.
That was the basis of Store Excel Director David Gilroy’s question to our eWholesale Collective in the first of a five-part series where a panel of e-commerce experts handle questions from across the industry on the topics that matter most to them.
On our panel were Red Bull Head of Category Management & E-Commerce, Lotte Tregear, Diageo Digital Strategy Manager Kerry Morrison and Digital Commerce Customer Development Leader Tom Manktelow from Mars Wrigley.
