Zest Food Partners takes on second ex-Caterforce employee
Claire Williams has become the second former Caterforce employee to join Zest Food Partners.
Williams has joined the foodservice consultancy business – which was formed with the help of ex-Caterforce Managing Director Nick Redford – to become marketing director.
The new hire was group marketing manager at Caterforce before the move and has a strong knowledge of the independent foodservice market, and the entire supply chain.
Using her expertise in digital, Williams’ role will see her explore new opportunities in the online space.
“I’m extremely happy to be part of the amazing team at Zest and am excited to play a leading role in helping food and drink brands expand and grow,” she says.
“It’s a challenging time in the market, and we are here to support suppliers and help rebuild foodservice.
“Now is the perfect time for brands to invest in their strategy and look for new opportunities and routes to market. Those brands that do, will prosper and we will see their market share grow.”
Williams’ appointment is the latest in a line of senior industry figures taking up roles at Zest, which aims to work with brand owners to devise and implement foodservice strategies – identifying the right channels to promote and sell products.
“We’re delighted to announce that Claire is part of the Zest team,” said Commercial Director Kelly Burke.
“Claire has fantastic experience and brings with her some great knowledge and creative ideas which will be key in helping our clients achieve their goals.
“We’re committed to helping brands emerge from this pandemic stronger, and are confident we have the best team, knowledge and networks to deliver this.”
