Country Range Group celebrates ‘magnificent’ performance

Country Range Group celebrated its 30th anniversary in style at its ‘An Evening With’ event at St Paul’s Cathedral on 1 December

The event saw the Group’s members and suppliers enjoy a champagne reception before the awards ceremony which was compered by actor James Nesbitt OBE.

Martin Ward, Country Range Group’s Chief Executive (pictured above right, with James Nesbitt OBE), said: “It’s been a challenging landscape for everyone involved in the industry but the Group continues to perform magnificently and we have ambitious plans to hit £1billion in sales turnover in the next few years. What’s been achieved by the Group in the last 30 years has been amazing, here’s to the next 30 and beyond!”

“Our annual awards are the perfect way for the Group’s members and suppliers to get together and celebrate their successes over the past year and I don’t think we could have picked a more special setting than St Paul’s to do it in.”

A special raffle on the night also saw the Country Range Group surpass its fundraising target of £100K, which will be split between Hospitality Action and local causes linked with the members.
