Bidfood aims to boost pub sales
Keen to support its pub customers to thrive in 2024, Bidfood has released its latest Pub Kitchen Club guide to increase sales and attract more customers
The new guide, Unleashing Your Menu’s Potential, focuses on premiumisation and adding value to attract more customers and encourage spend. With insight and advice from Bidfood’s Culinary Development Chefs, the guide supports pubs to add value with tweaks and special touches to stand out from their competition.
More than 600 pubs permanently shut their doors in 2023, resulting in a 10.4% drop in sites since March 2020.[1] As well as having to operate in a tricky market, still recovering from the pandemic, pubs must adapt constantly to meet the ever-changing demands they face from consumers.
